Top conference centre with over 50 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks a candidate to fill the role of Head of Conference Services and Housekeeping Manager. This role will cover duty manager shifts and will be overseeing and helping with all orders, purchasing and rotas for the centre. The Housekeeping element of this role requires a good eye for detail as you will ensure the housekeeping team keep the centre and bedrooms to an immaculate standard. This role would be ideal for an existing Duty Manager or Head Housekeeper with plenty of hotel experience who is looking for a step up in their career with more responsibility. You will need to have good managerial and leadership skills to oversee the Conference services and Head Housekeeper.
